What is Soft Washing? I’t pretty much exactly what it sounds like… a gentler alternative to power washing! We utilize a low pressure detergent based cleaner that negates the need for high-intensity pressure to remove contaminants. This process kills mold, mildew, fungi and bacteria, while at the same time loosening the grip of dust, dirt and cobwebs that are on your exterior surfaces.

Not only does this clean last 4-6 times longer than power washing, but it gives us the ability to sanitize the surface and prevent re-growth at the same time. All of our detergents are water-based, environmentally friendly and safe to use around your property.
